ImmunoGuard™
Autologous NK Cell Immunomodulation
Understanding Natural Killer (NK) Cells
Natural Killer (NK) cells are specialized lymphocytes that form an essential part of the innate immune system. They continuously circulate throughout the body, participating in immune surveillance through highly regulated cellular recognition mechanisms.
NK cells contribute to immune homeostasis and interact with numerous other immune cell populations involved in maintaining physiological balance and responding to biological challenges.
Modern immunology recognizes the importance of NK cells as part of the body's complex cellular defense network.
The ImmunoGuard™ Concept
This program combines advanced cell collection technologies with personalized cellular medicine.
Using a specialized apheresis procedure, autologous NK-cell-rich fractions are selectively collected and processed according to each patient's individual biological profile.
Following individualized processing, the cellular fraction is reinfused as part of a personalized immunomodulation strategy.
Within the ICICM Precision Medicine Platform™, this program may be incorporated into individualized medical concepts focusing on:
- Immune health optimization
- Regenerative medicine
- Healthy aging and longevity
- Chronic viral disease support concepts
- Integrative oncology support concepts
- Personalized biological optimization
- Individuals seeking advanced immune health optimization
Every treatment strategy is developed following comprehensive medical assessment and individualized clinical evaluation.
How is the Procedure Performed?
During the procedure, blood is continuously processed through a sterile extracorporeal circuit using advanced apheresis technology.
The system selectively collects immune-cell-rich fractions while all remaining blood components are continuously returned to the patient.
After individualized processing, the autologous cellular fraction is reinfused under continuous medical supervision.
The procedure is generally well tolerated and performed according to high German medical standards.

An autologous NK-cell-based procedure is not a standardized treatment for every patient and does not imply a specific clinical outcome. Its consideration is determined individually.

Medical assessment before procedure
The availability of a procedure does not mean that it is appropriate for every patient. Before any procedure is considered, the patient's medical history, current clinical situation, available diagnostic information and relevant medical factors are evaluated.
No diagnostic or therapeutic procedure can guarantee a specific clinical outcome.
